SKYCITY Darwin is a casino operated by SKYCITY Entertainment Group, in Darwin, capital of the Northern Territory, Australia. Formerly known as the MGM Grand Darwin, SKYCITY is Darwin's only casino.

History

On June 23, 2004 MGM Mirage sold the MGM Grand Darwin Hotel and Casino in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia to SKYCITY Entertainment Group for $140 million US.
